Results from this meeting and next years agenda are below:

1. Miles Apperley passed on some feed back from B. Greensmith about the activities of the National Association in particular:

a) Int'l conference registration forms are now out
b) the agreement by the Federal Health Minister, Tony Abbot, to meet Barry at a yet to be determined time and
c) the probability of getting Indemnity insurance nationally and therefore it will not be necessary for each state to have an individual policy and hopefully reduce premiums. The nat'l association is looking at paying up to half of the National premium with the states contributing to the other 50 %.

2. The dates and Themes for the Networking functions in 2004 are:

9th Feb Therapies
7th June Feedback on Int'l conference
9th Aug AGM - Siblings
29th Nov TBA (possibly a "recognition" night - possibly a time when older folk with PWS have an opportunity talk about a special interest activity that they are involved in.

3. Venues for Networking nights.
Not really finalised. Talked about moving the venue around to different parts of sydney i.e. North, East, West and South. Grosvenor House has been booked as a "fall back" situation if nothing else is worked out. Need to check to see if Nov 29th has been booked - if not need to book it.

4. Dates for Buisness only meetings to be announced later.
